Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our Returns Center to submit a request using your order ID and mobile number within 15 days of receiving your package.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags intact; please pack the items securely in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the return package at no additional cost to you.

  Refund or Exchange Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchanged size within 5-7 business days.
